Key Responsibilities 1. Loan Origination and Sales – Identify and acquire new clients through field activities, referrals, and branch walk-ins – Promote loan products and explain terms clearly to prospective customers – Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly loan disbursement targets 2.
