Job Description Wouri Digital Finance SA is seeking an experienced Data Analyst Manager to lead our data analytics function and turn transaction, customer, and financial data into insights that improve product performance, risk management, and growth. This role is responsible for building reliable reporting, advanced analytics, and a strong data-driven culture across our digital financial services business. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of data analysts, setting priorities, performance goals, and standards for quality and accuracy Define and execute the analytics roadmap in alignment with business objectives across product, risk, compliance, finance, operations, and customer support Analyze transaction volumes, payment flows, customer behavior, and product usage to support growth, pricing, and retention strategies Build and maintain credit risk, scoring, and affordability models to support lending and risk decisions where applicable Develop fraud detection, anomaly detection, and monitoring analytics in collaboration with risk and compliance teams Support anti-money laundering (AML) and regulatory reporting with accurate, timely, and well-documented data analysis Create customer segmentation, lifetime value, and churn models to inform marketing, onboarding, and engagement campaigns Develop...
