Wouri Digital Finance SA recrute un Operations Manager pour piloter au quotidien ses activites de mobile money et de paiement digital. Le poste est base a Douala, au sein de nos operations camerounaises.
Le titulaire du poste aura la charge de la performance du reseau d'agents, de la qualite de service et de la conformite reglementaire sur l'ensemble de nos activites au Cameroun.
Superviser les operations quotidiennes des services de mobile money et de paiement.
Gerer et developper le reseau d'agents, en zones urbaines comme rurales.
Veiller au respect de la reglementation financiere.
Assurer le suivi de la qualite de service et resoudre les incidents operationnels.
Gerer les partenariats avec les commercants et les operateurs de reseaux mobiles.
Encadrer, former et faire monter en competences l'equipe des operations.
Piloter le budget des operations et la maitrise des couts.
