Wouri Digital Finance SA recrute un Human Resource Manager pour piloter et superviser l'ensemble de sa fonction RH, au service d'une activite en croissance dans les services financiers numeriques. Le titulaire du poste aura la charge de promouvoir des pratiques efficaces de gestion des personnes, de garantir la conformite reglementaire et de constituer une main-d'oeuvre qualifiee, engagee et performante a l'echelle de l'organisation.
Responsabilites principales
Superviser l'ensemble du cycle de vie de l'employe, notamment le recrutement, l'integration, la gestion de la performance et la sortie.
Elaborer et mettre en oeuvre les politiques et procedures RH en coherence avec le droit du travail et les objectifs de l'entreprise.
Gerer les relations avec les employes, en traitant les griefs et les questions disciplinaires de maniere equitable et dans les delais.
Diriger les efforts de planification des effectifs afin de repondre aux besoins en personnel d'une operation de finance digitale, notamment dans les domaines de la technologie, de la finance, de la conformite, du service client et de l'administration.
Superviser l'administration de la paie, la gestion des avantages sociaux et les structures de remuneration, y compris des packages competitifs pour les talents specialises.
Concevoir et dispenser des programmes de formation et de developpement visant a renforcer les competences des employes et a soutenir leur evolution professionnelle, en particulier dans les domaines du digital, de la finance et de la conformite.
Garantir le respect du droit du travail local, des reglementations en matiere de sante et de securite, ainsi que des normes d'emploi.
Gerer les systemes d'information RH.
