AFISA RASILIMALIWATU MWANDAMIZI Ofisi ya Rais, Sekretarieti ya Ajira katika Utumishi wa Umma (PSRS) 5 Positions Application Period 04/09/2026 – 17/09/2026 Duties and Responsibilities – Kufuatilia na kusimamia uzingatiaji wa Sheria za kazi, Kanuni za Kudumu za Utumishi wa Umma (Standing Orders), Kanuni na Taratibu za Watumishi, pamoja na maelekezo, miongozo na nyaraka mbalimbali kuhusu masuala ya utumishi; – Kutunza kumbukumbu za watumishi kwa mujibu wa taratibu na miongozo iliyowekwa; – Kushiriki katika maandalizi, utekelezaji na ufuatiliaji wa bajeti ya mwaka ya Kanda; – Kutekeleza majukumu ya usimamizi wa watumishi, kuratibu pamoja na kuandaa vikao; – Kushughulikia na kusimamia masuala ya kinidhamu kwa mujibu wa Sheria, Kanuni na Taratibu zilizowekwa; – Kusaidia kukadiria na kupanga mahitaji ya rasilimaliwatu ya PSRS; – Kushiriki katika uchambuzi wa mahitaji ya mafunzo na maandalizi ya Mpango wa Bajeti ya Maendeleo na Mafunzo ya Rasilimaliwatu (HRDT); – Kuandaa rasimu za waraka, maelekezo, matangazo na nyaraka nyingine zinazohusu masuala ya watumishi; – Kusimamia utekelezaji wa MMfumo wa Upimaji na Tathmini ya Utendaji kazi wa watumishi (PEPMIS); na – Kutekeleza majukumu mengine yanayohusiana na majukumu yake atakayopangiwa na msimamizi; Qualifications Kuajiriwa Wahitimu wenye Shahada ya Kwanza katika mojawapo ya fani zifuatazo; Utawala wa Umma, Usimamizi wa Rasilimaliwatu, Mipango na Usimamizi wa Rasilimaliwatu, au sifa zinazolingana na hizo (related fields) kutoka katika taasisi zinazotambuliwa na Serikali, pamoja na uzoefu wa kazi usiopungua miaka saba (7) katika usimamizi wa Rasilimaliwatu. Aidha, mwombaji lazima awe amefanya na kufaulu Mtihani wa Umahiri (Human Resource Officer’s Proficiency Examination – PHR). Vilevile, mwombaji awe mtumishi wa Umma aliyefanya kazi kwa Mwajiri wa sasa kwa kipindi cha muda usiopungua miaka mitatu na awe tayari kujigharamia gharama za uhamisho. Remuneration PSRS 6
