Job Description Wouri Digital Finance SA is seeking an experienced Chief Finance Officer to lead the organization’s financial strategy and operations. This is a senior executive role responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic guidance to support the company’s growth across its digital financial services business. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across the organization Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors Manage liquidity, treasury functions, and working capital to support transaction volumes and operational needs Ensure compliance with financial regulations, central bank and licensing requirements, tax obligations, and corporate governance standards Work closely with compliance teams on anti-money laundering (AML) and financial crime controls Lead cost control and unit economics analysis across products and digital channels Oversee risk management strategies, including financial, credit, operational, and currency/foreign exchange risk Manage relationships with banks, auditors, regulators, investors, and other financial stakeholders Lead...
