Location: Oyarifa, White House Area Salary: GHS 2,300 – GHS 2,500 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a restaurant located in Oyarifa. The successful candidate will supervise staff, coordinate customer orders and sales, maintain service and food-quality standards, and ensure accurate daily sales and cash reporting. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. Supervise and coordinate front-desk, kitchen and other restaurant staff. Monitor customer orders and ensure timely preparation and delivery. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service. Monitor stock levels and support effective inventory control. Reconcile daily sales and all monies received. Prepare and submit daily sales and cash reports to the CEO. Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure smooth restaurant operations. Requirements Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality or food-service management. Strong leadership and staff-supervision skills. Excellent customer-service, communication and interpersonal skills. Good record-keeping and basic accounting skills. Trustworthy, organised and responsible. Ability to supervise employees effectively and work under pressure. Applicants living in or around Oyarifa and nearby areas will have an advantage.
