Maxi Catering recherche un Restaurant Manager expérimenté pour superviser les opérations quotidiennes, stimuler la croissance de l'activité, offrir un service client exceptionnel, gérer le personnel et performer efficacement dans un environnement dynamique.
Responsabilités clés :
Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du restaurant. Stimuler les ventes et la croissance de l'activité. Diriger, former et superviser le personnel. Assurer un excellent service client. Gérer les stocks et les fournisseurs. Préparer les plannings du personnel. Traiter les réclamations des clients. Contrôler les coûts et préparer des rapports. Assurer la conformité aux normes de santé et de sécurité.
Qualifications et expérience :
Licence, HND ou Diplôme en Gestion Hôtelière, Administration des Affaires ou domaine connexe. Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de restaurant ou d'hôtellerie.

Leadership et gestion d'équipe. Esprit de développement commercial et de vente. Excellente communication. Orientation service client. Capacité à travailler sous pression. Compétences en résolution de problèmes. Maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
