Notre client recherche un Software Development Engineer expérimenté pour gérer le développement de logiciels d'entreprise, le support applicatif, la maintenance, l'intégration et les activités liées au cycle de vie des applications à travers ses opérations.

Le titulaire du poste aura notamment pour responsabilités de gérer les projets de développement logiciel, de la planification à la mise en œuvre ; de développer, intégrer, maintenir et supporter les applications d'entreprise ; de garantir la conformité aux normes de développement logiciel et aux processus du cycle de vie applicatif ; de piloter les revues de performance des applications, les mises à niveau et les activités de maintenance ; de fournir un support technique, la formation des utilisateurs, les tests d'acceptation et l'assistance après mise en œuvre ; d'assurer une documentation adéquate des projets logiciels, des procédures, des processus techniques et des manuels utilisateurs ; de collaborer étroitement avec les équipes informatiques et les prestataires de services pour résoudre les incidents applicatifs ; de garantir un temps d'arrêt minimal des applications et un accès fiable aux informations critiques pour l'activité ; de soutenir le développement et la réingénierie de plusieurs projets logiciels chaque année ; et de promouvoir la conformité HSE ainsi que les pratiques de travail sûres.

Le candidat idéal est titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire en informatique, systèmes/ingénierie de l'information, génie logiciel, gestion de l'information et des connaissances, génie électrique/électronique ou dans un domaine connexe. Il justifie d'un minimum de 15 ans d'expérience en analyse, conception, développement logiciel et management de systèmes d'information au sein de grands environnements d'entreprise. Une expérience de support aux opérations E&P / Oil & Gas est fortement souhaitable. Le poste requiert une bonne connaissance des SGBD, des environnements Windows Server/Workstation, des méthodologies de développement logiciel, de la gestion des données et du support applicatif, ainsi que de solides compétences en gestion de projet, en résolution de problèmes et en analyse. Le candidat doit être capable de travailler sous pression et de gérer plusieurs projets à la fois, et posséder de fortes compétences en constitution d'équipe, en leadership et en gestion des parties prenantes.
