The primary responsibilities involve overseeing daily business operations, financial management, and the execution of strategic marketing and sales initiatives to attract both individual learners and corporate clients. Additionally, the Franchise Partner will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising teaching and administrative staff, utilizing Lingua Learn’s standardized training resources to maintain educational excellence across language and skills-based courses. Close collaboration with the Global Franchise Support Team will be essential to implement standardized systems, track performance metrics, and tailor approaches to align with local market demands. This opportunity is tailored for motivated individuals seeking to own and scale an online education business under the umbrella of a globally recognized brand. Candidates should possess prior experience in franchising or business ownership, with a track record of successfully managing and growing a local educational franchise.
