Core responsibilities involve managing day-to-day business activities, overseeing financial performance, and executing marketing and sales strategies to attract both individual and corporate learners. The role encompasses recruiting and supervising teaching and administrative staff, utilizing Lingua Learn’s training resources, and maintaining rigorous academic standards for all course offerings. Collaboration with the Global Franchise Support Team is essential to implement operational systems, track performance metrics, and tailor approaches to the local market dynamics.
