Farm Manager — Abeokuta & Ogun State, Nigeria
Un employeur recrute un Farm Manager pour superviser l'ensemble des activités d'une exploitation agricole spécialisée dans les légumes, le manioc et le maïs. Le poste est à temps plein, de 8h à 17h, avec une rémunération mensuelle comprise entre 150 000 et 250 000 NGN, négociable.
Missions
Le titulaire du poste assurera la supervision quotidienne des activités de la ferme. Il prendra en charge la planification agricole et l'optimisation des ressources, ainsi que la gestion générale de l'exploitation. Il encadrera le personnel et supervisera les opérations de récolte et de transformation. Il veillera également à la tenue et à la maintenance des registres de la ferme.

Le candidat doit justifier de 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de ferme de cultures. Les candidats matures sont également invités à postuler. Une expérience en culture ou en gestion de légumes constituera un atout supplémentaire. Le poste requiert une qualification minimale de OND/B.Sc. en agriculture ou dans une discipline connexe, ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance des opérations agricoles, de la production végétale et de la supervision des ouvriers agricoles. La maîtrise de l'anglais et du yoruba est exigée.
Niveau d'expérience : débutant — 1 an d'expérience minimum.
Qualification minimale : diplôme.
Secteur : agriculture, pêche et foresterie.

Horaires : temps plein, de 8h à 17h.
