We are seeking a compassionate, mature, and highly organized Foundation Manager to oversee the daily operations of the foundation and ensure the well-being, safety, and holistic development of the children in our care. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a genuine passion for working with children. A married woman with experience in raising children is preferred, as we believe this background can bring valuable childcare experience. However, all qualified candidates who demonstrate the required experience, compassion, and commitment are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the Foundation.
Ensure the safety, well-being, emotional welfare, and development of all children.
Foster a loving, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued.
Treat each child fairly and equally, without favoritism, bias, or discrimination.
Supervise caregivers, volunteers, and support staff to maintain high standards of care.
Develop and implement programs that promote children's education, health, and personal development.
Build positive relationships with donors, partners, schools, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with child protection policies and all relevant regulations.
Prepare operational reports, budgets, and program updates.
Manage administrative activities and ensure the efficient functioning of the foundation.
Address conflicts, concerns, and safeguarding issues promptly and professionally.
Organize fundraising activities, community outreach, and awareness programs.
Perform other tasks that support the Foundation's mission and goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a non-profit organization, orphanage, childcare facility, school, or related environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
