Le/la titulaire du poste aura pour missions de générer des prospects et des clients dans le domaine de la broderie, de faire fonctionner et d'entretenir les machines à broder commerciales, de préparer les dessins, de numériser les œuvres d'art, de régler les machines, de surveiller la production et de veiller à ce que toutes les commandes respectent les normes de qualité de Kutwila.
Responsabilités clés : attirer des clients pour la broderie ; faire fonctionner et entretenir les machines à broder ; préparer et numériser les motifs à l'aide d'un logiciel de broderie ; charger les fils, aiguilles, stabilisateurs et matériaux ; veiller à la tension correcte de la machine, à la coupe des fils et à la qualité des points ; effectuer des essais avant production ; résoudre les problèmes de machine et assurer la maintenance de routine ; tenir des registres de production précis ; veiller à ce que les commandes soient livrées à temps avec une grande précision ; respecter les normes de qualité et les procédures de sécurité de l'entreprise.
minimum 1 an d'expérience dans la conduite de machines à broder commerciales ; maîtrise des logiciels de numérisation (par exemple Wilcom, Hatch ou similaire) ; capacité à créer et modifier des motifs de broderie ; grande attention aux détails ; honnête, sobre et motivé(e) ; capable de travailler avec peu ou pas de supervision ; bonnes compétences en communication et en gestion du temps.
