Le Sales and Embroidery Machine Operator sera chargé de générer des prospects et des clients pour la broderie, ainsi que de faire fonctionner et entretenir les machines à broder commerciales afin de produire des vêtements de marque de haute qualité. Le poste comprend la vente, la préparation des designs, la numérisation des illustrations, le réglage des machines, le suivi de la production et la garantie que toutes les commandes respectent les normes de qualité de Kutwila.
Responsabilités clés
Attirer des clients pour la broderie. Faire fonctionner et entretenir les machines à broder. Préparer et numériser les illustrations à l'aide d'un logiciel de broderie. Charger les fils, aiguilles, stabilisateurs et matériaux. Veiller à la bonne tension de la machine, à la coupe des fils et à la qualité des points. Effectuer des essais avant la production. Résoudre les problèmes de machine et effectuer la maintenance de routine. Tenir des registres de production précis. Veiller à ce que les commandes soient terminées à temps et avec une grande précision. Respecter les normes de qualité et les procédures de sécurité de l'entreprise.
Exigences
Au moins 1 an d'expérience dans l'utilisation de machines à broder commerciales. Maîtrise des logiciels de numérisation (par exemple, Wilcom, Hatch ou similaire). Capacité à créer et modifier des designs de broderie. Grande attention aux détails. Honnête, sobre et motivé. Capacité à travailler avec peu ou pas de supervision. Bonnes compétences en communication et en gestion du temps.
