The Senior Breast Imaging Officer will lead clinical interventions, training programs, mentorship initiatives, and supervision efforts in diagnostic breast ultrasound across 16 selected intervention hospitals and PIN/IMB-supported sites, ensuring adherence to radiology standards for patient care, safety, and skill development. Reporting to the Director of Research and Training, this role will collaborate closely with PIN/IMB leadership and Brigham and Women’s Hospital partners, while contributing to research activities, expert consultations, workshops, and curriculum reviews. Key responsibilities include designing diagnostic breast ultrasound training curricula, delivering hybrid training sessions (combining in-person and virtual lectures), and evaluating the effectiveness of training and supervision methods. The officer will provide real-time and asynchronous virtual mentorship via tell-ultrasound and image review platforms, participate in stakeholder engagements, and assist in interpreting, disseminating, and translating study results into policy and practice. Additionally, they will offer clinical expertise in diagnostic breast ultrasound and support other breast medical imaging initiatives as required. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging Services (Master’s preferred), with specialization in diagnostic breast ultrasound and experience in cancer control or breast cancer early detection programs. A minimum of 3–5 years of imaging service experience in reputable healthcare or radiology settings is essential, with familiarity in CT, MRI, and mammography as a plus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability to rural and resource-limited environments, strong leadership, teaching, and mentoring skills, and a commitment to equity and patient advocacy. Fluency in PIN/IMB’s core values—compassion, integrity, honesty, mutual respect, solidarity, dignity, and determination—is required. The role involves frequent travel to intervention sites and requires a deep passion for advancing breast imaging techniques in underserved communities. Partners In Health is dedicated to ensuring dignity and respect for all stakeholders, including patients and staff, and upholds a zero-tolerance policy for sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment. By accepting this role, the employee acknowledges their responsibility to uphold these standards.

•Never pay any amount of money — for a file, a training, a uniform, or an interview. A real employer never asks the candidate to pay.
•Never send a photo of your ID card, passport, or banking details before you have physically verified the employer exists.
•Always meet in a public place, during the day — never an isolated address, a private home, or a location you cannot verify in advance.
•Tell a relative or friend exactly where you are going, with whom, and at what time — and share your live location if possible.
•Search the company name online before going: a real business has a trace (website, reviews, other employees, an official address).
•A salary that is far above the market rate for the position and the city is a red flag — be extra cautious.
