Intalma AB recrute un Finance Manager pour le compte du bureau pays de l’IDLO au Niger. Le titulaire du poste aura la charge de la supervision des opérations financières, du respect des politiques et réglementations en vigueur, ainsi que de la fourniture d’un leadership financier stratégique.
Le rôle couvre la gestion du reporting financier, des comptes fournisseurs, de la trésorerie, des subventions et du budget. Le Finance Manager dirigera également une équipe financière, en veillant à l’efficacité des contrôles internes et à la gestion des risques. La position exige une collaboration avec diverses parties prenantes et une contribution active au soutien de la mise en œuvre des programmes par des pratiques financières rigoureuses.

Le candidat idéal est titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire en finance, commerce ou comptabilité, et détient une certification professionnelle en comptabilité (ACCA, CPA, ACA ou équivalent). Il justifie d’une expérience financière pertinente d’au moins 7 ans, dont au moins 3 années en encadrement. La maîtrise des normes comptables internationales du secteur public (IPSAS) est requise, ainsi qu’une expérience des systèmes ERP, de préférence MS NAVISION. Une connaissance avancée de Microsoft Excel est indispensable, tout comme une expérience en budgétisation et reporting bailleurs. La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est exigée.
