Job Summary The primary duty involves ensuring the continuous availability and operational stability of applications—including core systems, digital channels, and other applications—so IT can consistently achieve service targets aligned with established business strategies and goals. Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently.
