We bolster public health systems across over 915 public health facilities, manage 25 mobile outreach teams, 12 health centers, and a dedicated maternity hospital, while also providing socially marketed products such as Flame and Lifeguard condoms, Back Up emergency contraception, and Well Plan daily contraceptive pills. Through these comprehensive services, we empower women and families to determine the timing and circumstances of childbirth, fostering opportunities for them to achieve their goals and cultivate healthier, more prosperous futures. The CCTV Operator is tasked with overseeing and managing closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and associated equipment to safeguard the organization’s facilities, assets, employees, and guests. The operator must promptly escalate any suspicious behaviors, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to the designated personnel while ensuring meticulous documentation of all observed events. Oversee a comprehensive range of critical functions, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring deliverables meet established quality standards. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align objectives, gather requirements, and address any challenges that may arise during execution. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize workflow efficiency, mitigate risks, and foster innovation within assigned initiatives. Monitor progress through regular assessments, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making. Additionally, mentor team members to enhance their professional growth and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This position encompasses critical areas of responsibility, including the following: Responsibilities include continuously reviewing both live and archived CCTV footage to identify any indications of suspicious behavior or unauthorized access. Responsible for the operation and management of CCTV systems in compliance with organizational protocols and applicable regulatory standards. Respond without delay to alarms, incidents, or emergencies in accordance with established procedures and protocols. Collaborate with security staff, management, and emergency response teams as required to ensure coordinated efforts and effective communication during critical situations. Responsibilities include meticulously documenting observations, incidents, and interventions in precise logs and records. Consistently inspect CCTV systems to identify and document any malfunctions or operational discrepancies, ensuring timely reporting for resolution. Uphold strict standards for data protection and maintain the confidentiality of all recordings and information. Assist investigations by supplying pertinent footage and reports as required.

Additionally, you may be required to perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor. Seeking individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools essential for the position is required. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Security Management, Electronics, or a closely related discipline is required.
