Identify and advocate for groundbreaking strategies that leverage current business prospects while proactively addressing potential risks. Oversee team performance while fostering skill development to align with IT strategy and promote sustainable operational practices. Develop, implement, and evaluate operational level agreements (OLA’s) and service level agreements (SLAs) in collaboration with IT functional teams and business units.
