We are in search of a results-driven Human Resources Business Partner with a strong strategic mindset and a dedication to people management. This role will function as the essential HR foundation, providing critical support to facilitate accelerated site growth and seamless operational expansion. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with site leadership to implement workforce and talent strategies that support and drive business expansion. Facilitate strategic workforce planning efforts, coordinate staffing activities, and drive organizational scalability initiatives. Promote initiatives aimed at enhancing employee retention, fostering engagement, and ensuring workforce stability. Serve as a reliable HR advisor, collaborating closely with employees and senior management to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Facilitate employee engagement programs and contribute to the enhancement of workplace culture initiatives. Ensure strict adherence to Zambian labor legislation, organizational policies, and established human resources standards and guidelines. Ensure the integrity and precision of all HR records and documentation. Conduct audits, generate reports, and oversee compliance monitoring to proactively mitigate penalties and non-compliance risks, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements. Oversee and assist in maintaining compliance with the HR budget while driving cost optimization strategies. Provide support for HR reporting initiatives, analyze workforce metrics, and perform operational analysis to deliver actionable insights. Analyze HR operations and processes to uncover potential enhancements and streamline workflows for increased efficiency. Spearhead the transformation of HR processes through comprehensive digitization and automation strategies. Facilitate the deployment of advanced HR systems and streamline operational workflows to enhance organizational efficiency. Enhance operational efficiency by leveraging technology and optimizing HR processes to deliver measurable improvements in productivity and workflow effectiveness. Requirements: Earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable discipline. Revised: Experience in HR Business Partnering, People Operations, or HR Generalist positions is required. Comprehensive knowledge of Zambian labor legislation and human resources regulatory standards is essential. Seasoned professionals with a track record of facilitating workforce planning endeavors and cultivating employee engagement strategies are encouraged to apply. Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in administrative duties, organizational capabilities, and reporting functions. Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and a wide range of HR-specific systems and tools is required.
