Senior Security Operations Supervisor
Impala recrute un Senior Security Operations Supervisor pour superviser et renforcer la sécurité de ses entrepôts. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des prestataires de services de sécurité, en veillant au respect des indicateurs de performance, à la surveillance des systèmes de vidéosurveillance (CCTV), au contrôle des points d'accès et au maintien de la sécurité périmétrique.
Responsabilités principales
Vos missions incluront notamment :
Gestion du contrôle d'accès.
Préparation et soumission de rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels, ainsi que la gestion des courriels et des communications téléphoniques.
Enquêtes sur les incidents, audits de parcours et audits des fournisseurs.
Surveillance et amélioration continue des stratégies de sécurité pour garantir leur efficacité et leur progression.
Formation et développement : dispenser une formation complète aux parties prenantes concernées sur la sensibilisation à la sécurité, les stratégies de prévention et les protocoles d'intervention.

Un diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent est exigé, ainsi qu'un minimum de trois ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente. Une expérience dans le domaine militaire ou les forces de l'ordre est un atout.
Un permis de conduire valide est requis. Vous devez maîtriser la suite Microsoft Office, avec des compétences avancées en Word, Excel et PowerPoint, afin de créer efficacement des documents, gérer des données et développer des présentations. Une maîtrise courante de l'anglais et du swahili, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, est indispensable.
