Location: Solwezi, Zambia Number of Positions: 3 Broadleaf Credit Limited is currently recruiting three (3) proactive and outcome-focused Loan Consultants to enhance our team in Sole. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and process loan applications submitted by potential clients, ensuring thorough review and assessment of all relevant information. Perform client due diligence and conduct preliminary credit risk evaluations. Drive the expansion of the company’s loan portfolio by actively promoting its loan offerings and acquiring new clients. Develop and sustain robust partnerships with both prospective and current clients. Provide exceptional customer service by proactively identifying customer needs, addressing inquiries efficiently, and fostering lasting, positive relationships with clients. Monitor loan repayments to ensure timely recovery and facilitate efficient collection processes. Ensure meticulous maintenance of client records and adherence to proper documentation standards. Achieve established sales, disbursement, and portfolio performance objectives consistently. Verify adherence to established lending policies and relevant regulatory standards. Accurate reporting of client activities, loan applications, and portfolio performance is required. Perform market outreach initiatives and uncover untapped business opportunities within the designated territory. Requirements A Bachelor’s or Diploma in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a comparable discipline is required. Candidates with prior experience in sales, lending, microfinance, banking, or a comparable field will be highly regarded. Proven expertise in understanding and navigating the local business landscape within Sole. Proven ability to communicate effectively, deliver exceptional customer service, and negotiate successfully. Demonstrated expertise in driving sales growth and cultivating strategic business development initiatives. Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the capacity to achieve established goals autonomously. Accurate maintenance of documentation and proficiency in preparing detailed reports are essential. Candidates must either reside in Sole or demonstrate a willingness to relocate to the area.
