Responsabilités clés
Accompagner les clients tout au long du processus de demande de prêt, y compris les conseils sur les documents requis et l'aide à la remplissage des formulaires. Effectuer des évaluations préliminaires de solvabilité et entreprendre des analyses de données pour évaluer le risque financier. Faciliter le décaissement des prêts et effectuer des suivis pour garantir les remboursements dans les délais. Tenir une documentation précise et à jour des dossiers clients et des rapports. Offrir un service client exceptionnel à l'agence de Kitwe pour garantir une expérience positive à tous les clients. Participer activement aux initiatives marketing et aux opérations de terrain si nécessaire.

Les candidats doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou moins. Les jeunes diplômés d'une université ou d'un collège accrédité sont requis pour ce poste. Un parcours académique pertinent est requis, tel qu'un diplôme ou un grade en commerce, finance, économie, comptabilité ou tout autre domaine lié aux affaires. Une maîtrise prouvée du raisonnement mathématique et de la résolution analytique de problèmes est requise. La maîtrise de l'informatique est requise, avec une bonne connaissance des applications Microsoft Office, notamment Word, Excel et PowerPoint. Démontrer d'excellentes capacités de communication verbale et écrite, ainsi qu'une forte aptitude à établir et entretenir des relations professionnelles. Un engagement démontré envers un comportement éthique, la transparence et une fiabilité inébranlable dans toutes les interactions professionnelles est essentiel. Être autonome et enthousiaste à l'idée de développer son expertise dans le secteur de la microfinance. Capacité démontrée à travailler sous pression tout en maintenant une forte collaboration au sein d'équipes interfonctionnelles.

Les stagiaires qui atteignent des niveaux de performance satisfaisants pendant leur stage peuvent être éligibles à une nomination à temps plein au poste d'agent de crédit.

JOB PURPOSE To provide assistance to the Loan Officer team in loan processing, client onboarding, and portfolio management, while simultaneously developing practical expertise in the microfinance sector. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support to clients throughout the loan application process, including guidance on required documentation and assistance with form completion. Perform preliminary evaluations of creditworthiness and undertake data analysis to assess financial risk. We facilitate the disbursement of loans and conduct follow-ups to ensure timely repayments. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of client records and reports. Deliver outstanding customer service at the Kitwe Branch to ensure a positive experience for all patrons. Engage actively in marketing initiatives and on-site field operations as deemed necessary. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS – Applicants must be 25 years or younger. Fresh graduates from an accredited university or college are required for this position. A relevant academic background is required, such as a diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or another business-related field. Proven proficiency in mathematical reasoning and analytical problem-solving is required. Computer proficiency is required, with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrates outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, along with a strong aptitude for building and maintaining professional relationships. – A demonstrated commitment to ethical behavior, transparency, and unwavering reliability in all professional interactions is essential. Self-driven and enthusiastic about advancing one’s expertise within the microfinance industry. Demonstrated capacity to thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining strong collaboration within cross-functional teams. CAREER GROWTH Interns who achieve satisfactory performance standards throughout their tenure may be eligible for consideration for a full-time appointment to the Loan Officer role.
