Familiarity with financial modeling, data-driven decision-making, and industry best practices will be essential for achieving measurable outcomes. The procurement will utilize a one-envelope bidding process, wherein all required documentation and pricing details are submitted within a single sealed envelope. Only bids meeting the specified criteria will be considered for evaluation. Late or incomplete submissions will be disqualified. The contracting authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids if deemed in the best interest of the project. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Country Representative in Uganda, focusing on overseeing operations, fostering partnerships, and ensuring sustainable growth within the region. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience in international development, business management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in East Africa. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in a local language such as Swahili, Luganda, or another Ugandan dialect is highly desirable. The selected individual will be responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and the implementation of programs aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, they must demonstrate strong financial acumen, adeptness in managing cross-functional teams, and exceptional diplomatic skills to navigate complex regulatory and cultural landscapes. A deep understanding of Uganda’s socio-economic context, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials, NGOs, and private sector partners, is essential for driving impactful initiatives. We seek proposals for the procurement, supply, and installation of word-processing and value addition equipment at the National Agricultural Business Incubation Centre (NABAC), located in EARL Amanda, Waist District, covering Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4. Project ID P17674 requires the assignment of Grant 0920-UG, as stipulated under the terms of this initiative. A requisition has been issued under the RFB Reference No.: UG-MOGLSD-528037-GO-RFB.
