The RRI Partnerships and Program Implementation Coordinator will deliver technical partner capacity support and coordination across all stakeholders, including consortium partners, district and local government entities, and other identified key stakeholders within the operational area. This individual will be tasked with ensuring the timely execution of all RRI programmatic activities, with a primary emphasis on capacity-building initiatives targeting district local governments (DLGs) and implementing partners. Additionally, the position requires providing technical capacity support, guidance, and motivation to enhance the performance of RRI partners and stakeholders across the six districts: Cargo, Made-Okollo, Yum be, Kosovo, Oblong, and Mono. You will be responsible for performing the following key duties and tasks: Ensure all activities are executed in strict adherence to approved work plans and established implementation guidelines. Regularly conduct on-site monitoring of activities and provide constructive feedback to implementing partners. Promptly address any challenges or obstacles identified during field monitoring visits to ensure timely resolution. Facilitate the widespread sharing and integration of lessons learned and industry best practices across the organization. Coordinate closely with the RRI technical coordinators, program managers, and project coordinators throughout the West Nile region to ensure cohesive collaboration and alignment of efforts. Conduct periodic consultations with implementing partners to pinpoint obstacles in program execution and devise suitable remedies, ensuring consistent progress tracking and follow-up. Ensure timely development and accurate archiving of activity concept notes, terms of reference, and reports in collaboration with RRI technical coordinators. Ensure meticulous follow-through on all action items derived from meetings of the Project Coordination Unit (PCU) and partner organizations. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating program risk registers on a regular basis, as well as collaborating with implementing partners to develop and execute mitigation plans. The preparation of program reports of the highest quality must be coordinated, with timely inputs secured from all consortium partners. Conduct bi-weekly meetings with the Consortium Manager to deliver strategic updates regarding the program’s progress. Collaborate effectively with the MEAL team to facilitate prompt monitoring, continuous learning, adaptive management, and rigorous follow-up of program performance indicators. Ensure program implementation adheres to DRC and donor quality standards, incorporates evidence-based practices, remains conflict-sensitive, gender-responsive, and environmentally compliant. Promote adaptive management by proactively identifying obstacles in implementation and suggesting modifications grounded in monitoring outcomes and evolving contextual conditions. External partners must be effectively coordinated to ensure seamless collaboration, timely project delivery, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires proactive communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage relationships across diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities include facilitating clear and consistent information flow, resolving conflicts, and maintaining high levels of professionalism and accountability. - Facilitate collaboration among consortia partners to foster strong connections with essential stakeholders, ensuring RRI’s alignment with the initiatives of relevant ministries, organizations, and development partners operating in refugee-affected regions. Collaborate extensively with District Local Governments (DLGs), the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM), and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to ensure alignment and effectiveness of all RRI-related programming initiatives. Represent RRI in designated coordination forums and technical working groups, as assigned by the Consortium Manager, to ensure effective engagement and collaboration. Ensure quarterly engagements with the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) are conducted in all RRI operating settlements, including meticulous minute-taking, secure archiving of records, and diligent follow-up on action items to maintain accountability and progress. Regularly distribute monthly activity reports to District Focal Points (DFPs) to maintain transparent communication and alignment with district-level objectives. Ensure monthly meetings are conducted consistently between partners and District Focal Points (DFPs), with minutes documented and distributed accordingly, while actively tracking and addressing outstanding action items.

Monitor and uphold DANICA’s public presence and strategic interests, ensuring alignment with RRI’s Communication and Visibility Guidelines, while actively advancing their implementation. Assist in creating and refining various communications materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and effectiveness in conveying key messages. Perform any additional tasks as requested by supervisors to ensure the organization operates at its highest efficiency.
