Emel Hospital est un hôpital multi-spécialistes situé au 21 Road, Z Close, Festac Town, dans la zone de gouvernement local d'Amuwo Odofin à Lagos. Cet hôpital de 44 lits a été construit sur un terrain spécialement approuvé par la Federal Housing Authority. Fondé en 1988 par le Dr Olufemi Mobolaji-Lawal, pédiatre consultant, l'établissement a vu le jour après que ce dernier a exercé à l'University College Hospital d'Ibadan et au Royaume-Uni, puis comme pédiatre consultant à l'Ikeja General Hospital (aujourd'hui Lagos State University Teaching Hospital). Le Dr Mobolaji-Lawal préside le conseil d'administration, tandis que son épouse, le Dr (Mrs) Margaret Mobolaji-Lawal, siège en tant que directrice non exécutive.

Assister le pharmacien dans la préparation et la délivrance précise des médicaments prescrits. Étiqueter correctement les médicaments conformément aux prescriptions et aux procédures de l'hôpital. Veiller à ce que tous les médicaments soient stockés selon les exigences du fabricant et de la réglementation. Surveiller les niveaux de stock de médicaments et signaler rapidement les articles en rupture. Réceptionner, inspecter et enregistrer les fournitures pharmaceutiques livrées à la pharmacie. Organiser les médicaments selon le principe du premier expiré, premier sorti (FEFO). Retirer du stock les médicaments périmés, endommagés ou rappelés. Aider à accueillir les patients avec courtoisie et professionnalisme. Tenir des registres et une documentation pharmaceutiques précis. Enregistrer toutes les transactions de médicaments dans le système de gestion de la pharmacie. Classer les ordonnances et autres documents de la pharmacie de manière appropriée. Aider à préparer les rapports de pharmacie selon les besoins. Respecter tous les règlements du Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) et les politiques de l'hôpital. Assurer la manipulation et l'élimination appropriées des déchets pharmaceutiques.

Licence valide de technicien en pharmacie délivrée par le Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN). Une expérience de 1 à 3 ans en pharmacie hospitalière ou communautaire est un atout.
