The Senior Project Support Associate will assist in the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of project activities in the Western and Central Africa region. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting project-related data to support IOM's Regional and Country Offices. The associate will also provide administrative support during project review processes and maintain project documentation and tracking tools. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this position, along with proficiency in MS Office applications. High school diploma with six years of experience or Bachelor's degree with four years of experience Experience in international organizations or familiarity with the UN system Demonstrated experience in project implementation and reporting Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office applications, including SharePoint and Excel Fluency in one of IOM's official languages (English, French, Spanish)
