Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of a high-performing team of field sales agents, whether compensated through commissions, salaries, or a combination of both. This role involves not only attracting top talent but also ensuring seamless integration into the team and fostering continuous growth through targeted training initiatives. Establish daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for both individual agents and the entire team. Regularly conduct on-site inspections with agents to assess performance, deliver targeted coaching, and verify adherence to established lending policies. Drive team engagement and productivity by implementing performance incentives, offering meaningful recognition, and providing strategic guidance to foster growth and excellence. Sales & Portfolio Growth Craft and implement targeted sales strategies to secure new microfinance clients and groups in the field. Track essential performance indicators such as disbursement volumes, expansion of the active client base, and cross-selling objectives to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency. Develop and evaluate emerging market segments, strategic business clusters, and local community networks to enhance the company’s market presence and growth opportunities. Risk Management & Quality Control This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure the organization’s operations remain secure, compliant, and efficient. The position involves developing and implementing robust quality control measures to uphold standards, prevent defects, and enhance product or service reliability. Key responsibilities include conducting risk evaluations, establishing preventive controls, analyzing performance data, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
