Nous recherchons un Warehouse Assistant Manager dynamique, dévoué et axé sur les résultats pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le candidat idéal doit être organisé, travailleur, proactif et capable de travailler efficacement dans un environnement d'entrepôt en évolution rapide.
Responsabilités clés :
Assister dans la gestion quotidienne des opérations d'entrepôt. Superviser et coordonner le personnel de l'entrepôt. Assurer la réception, le stockage, la préparation de commandes, l'emballage et l'expédition précis des marchandises. Tenir des registres d'inventaire précis et effectuer des contrôles de stock réguliers. Surveiller les niveaux de stock et signaler rapidement les écarts. Veiller à ce que l'entrepôt soit propre, sûr et bien organisé. Aider à la planification et à la coordination des livraisons et des collectes. Assurer la conformité avec les politiques de l'entreprise et les procédures d'entrepôt. Soutenir le responsable d'entrepôt dans l'atteinte des objectifs opérationnels. Former, guider et motiver le personnel de l'entrepôt lorsque nécessaire.
Exigences :
Diplôme ou licence en logistique, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe. Expérience préalable dans les opérations d'entrepôt ou la supervision. Bonne connaissance des procédures d'inventaire et de contrôle des stocks. Solides compétences en leadership et en communication. Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de résolution de problèmes. Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais. Bonnes compétences informatiques, en particulier dans Microsoft Excel et les systèmes d'inventaire. Doit être fiable, travailleur et prêt à prendre des initiatives.
