This pivotal role will focus on developing and maintaining robust data systems, reporting frameworks, analytical tools, and business intelligence solutions that empower CMU-Africa and its partners to track performance, measure outcomes, detect trends, and make well-informed strategic choices. By collaborating with leadership, program teams, partner institutions, and the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Specialist, the selected candidate will distill intricate datasets into actionable insights that bolster institutional effectiveness, program accountability, and long-term planning.
