In Kigali, Rwanda, Lipline is launching its first Precision Delivery network, and we are seeking a Launch Lead to serve as the on-the-ground owner responsible for transforming a technical deployment into a safe, dependable, partner-ready network serving patients, commercial clients, and national logistics needs. This role demands cross-functional leadership across Operations, Engineering, Partnerships, Regulatory, Government Affairs, Academy, Supply Chain, Infrastructure, and external vendors. You will define the operating model, standards, and playbooks that make Precision Delivery scalable across Africa, while ensuring flight safety, regulatory adherence, service reliability, and regional scalability. This is a high-intensity program leadership position with no direct reports, requiring you to set priorities, assign ownership, resolve tradeoffs, manage governance, and deliver launch and stabilization outcomes. Your performance will directly influence flight safety, compliance, service uptime, and the program’s ability to expand.
