The Role Lipline is expanding into Rwanda with its first Precision Delivery network in Kigali. The Launch Lead will serve as the on-the-ground leader, accountable for transforming a technical deployment into a safe, reliable, and operational network serving patients, commercial clients, and national logistics needs. This role demands cross-functional leadership across Operations, Engineering, Partnerships, Regulatory, Government Affairs, Academy, Supply Chain, Infrastructure, and external vendors. The successful candidate will define the operating model, set standards, develop playbooks, and establish measurable benchmarks to ensure Precision Delivery becomes a repeatable, scalable solution across Africa. This is a high-intensity leadership role that requires influencing outcomes without direct reports—setting priorities, assigning ownership, resolving tradeoffs, and ensuring alignment across teams to meet launch and stabilization goals. Success in this position directly influences flight safety, regulatory adherence, service reliability, and the program’s ability to scale across the region.
