The MERL Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning systems to support informed strategic decisions and enhance program effectiveness. This position assesses program impact, provides recommendations for data-driven enhancements, and fosters a culture of continuous learning and accountability among various stakeholders. Additionally, the MERL Specialist identifies emerging trends and integrates evidence-based practices into initiatives aimed at strengthening the justice system. Oversee a comprehensive range of duties, including the management of daily operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a productive work environment. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency, maintain compliance, and uphold high standards of performance across all functions. Serve as a key liaison between senior leadership and team members, facilitating clear communication, resolving escalated issues, and championing collaborative problem-solving initiatives.
