The ideal candidate will assume a pivotal position in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, crafting compelling content to enhance Eco Hive’s brand visibility throughout Zambia. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing initiatives across key platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google, to maximize reach and engagement. Develop and cultivate high-quality sales leads to support and enhance the sales team’s efforts. Our objective is to devise and implement innovative marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving customer acquisition. Develop captivating visuals, multimedia assets, and written materials to effectively communicate messages and engage target audiences. Develop and execute strategic product launches, promotional campaigns, and corporate events to drive market engagement and brand visibility. Track marketing campaign effectiveness and compile comprehensive performance reports. Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with media collaborators and relevant stakeholders to foster mutually beneficial connections. Facilitate the execution of customer engagement strategies and referral incentive programs. Minimum Requirements A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline is required. A minimum of two years of professional experience in either digital marketing or brand management is required. A solid grasp of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing strategies is essential. Proficiency in utilizing Canva or comparable design software is required. Individuals possessing photography and videography expertise will be viewed favorably during the selection process. Proven expertise in crafting compelling written content and conveying messages with clarity and precision. Requires proficiency in analyzing data and generating comprehensive reports.
