Grow the client portfolio and increase the branch's resources; Win new clients through field prospecting activities; Roll out and drive the branch's commercial action plan; Support and coach the sales team in meeting its targets; Monitor commercial performance and propose corrective actions; Build loyalty among high-potential clients and develop business relationships; Ensure the quality of client files and contribute to risk control. Job Requirements PROFILE Minimum 2-year post-secondary degree (BAC+2) in Economics, Finance, Management, Accounting, Marketing or equivalent Experience: at least 1 year in a similar position, ideally in the microfinance sector or in commercial/sales activation Results-driven mindset and appetite for challenge Leadership and team-motivation skills SAVOIR Strong command of Word, Excel and accounting software Knowledge of finance, taxation, general accounting and bank accounting Ability to produce reliable statistics Applicant profile
