The essential responsibilities for this role include: Ensuring guest safety and promptly resolving any concerns raised by guests are top priorities, with a focus on delivering a fully satisfying experience. The incumbent will be responsible for verifying that air conditioning units operate correctly and consistently deliver optimal performance. To execute all tasks outlined in the hotel’s preventive maintenance schedule as prescribed in official documentation. In addition to ensuring the meticulous upkeep of all tools furnished by the hotel, you will be responsible for their proper maintenance and secure storage upon the completion of each shift. After completing all assigned tasks, ensure all work areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained in a tidy condition. Adhere strictly to all established safety protocols and guidelines throughout the execution of duties. Ensure consistent and professional communication with the Shift Leader at all times. The role involves proactively engaging in the Hotel’s energy conservation initiatives. Promote and endorse the adoption of environmentally friendly products throughout the workplace.
