Among these responsibilities, the primary obligations for this position include: To prioritize guest safety and promptly resolve any guest concerns, ensuring their complete satisfaction with the services provided. To guarantee the optimal performance and efficiency of air conditioning units. Execute all tasks outlined in the hotel’s preventive maintenance schedule in accordance with established plans. Responsible for the professional oversight, maintenance, and proper storage of all hotel-provided tools upon completion of each shift. Upon completion of assigned tasks, ensure all work areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained in accordance with established standards. Adhere strictly to all established safety protocols and guidelines during the execution of duties. Consistently ensure clear and timely communication with the Shift Leader throughout each shift. Actively contribute to the implementation of the Hotel’s energy conservation initiatives. To promote and implement the use of environmentally sustainable products throughout the workplace.
