Information and Communication Technology Specialist
Key Responsibilities IT and Digital Communication
Facilitate transparent and effective digital communication channels between the company and its stakeholders. Convert intricate technical details into clear, easy-to-understand content for a broad audience. Create visual content for both digital and print media platforms. Design and develop website content and layouts while ensuring they remain up-to-date and visually cohesive. This role requires proficiency in multimedia production, strategic messaging, and stakeholder engagement to enhance brand visibility and foster meaningful connections with audiences. Key tasks involve crafting press releases, managing social media channels, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain consistent and impactful public relations efforts. Candidates must demonstrate strong writing skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and platforms. Experience in media relations, crisis communication, and data-driven storytelling is highly valued. Craft and execute comprehensive digital communication strategies to enhance the organization’s online presence and engagement. Develop compelling sales and marketing materials specifically tailored for digital media platforms to enhance engagement and drive conversions. Required Skills
Demonstrates exceptional ability to organize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively. Excellent proficiency in digital, verbal, and written communication. Strong expertise in graphic design, content creation, and the use of industry-standard software is required. Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to IT equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime. Professional customer-service approach.

Qualifications
A minimum of a Diploma or an equivalent higher qualification in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Digital Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required. Demonstrated proficiency is evidenced through three credible professional references. Valid driver’s license. Valid passport. A clean criminal record, verified through appropriate background checks, is required. A proven track record in marketing or sales within the energy construction sector is highly desirable.
