Responsabilités
The Senior ICT Specialist will oversee and direct the technology infrastructure underpinning the organization’s commercial functions, encompassing retail stores, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications. This position is tasked with guaranteeing the uninterrupted availability, optimal performance, robust security, and ongoing enhancement of these mission-critical systems, while facilitating the seamless launch of new stores and maintaining dependable ICT services throughout all retail operations. Additionally, the Senior ICT Specialist will collaborate with business stakeholders to refine commercial workflows, enhance operational effectiveness, and ensure technology solutions are fully aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. Core Duties & Essential Performance Indicators Lead the strategic oversight, operational management, and ongoing enhancement of the organization’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage Evolution, and their complementary modules. Oversee and facilitate all commercial ICT systems to maintain high availability, reliability, and peak performance throughout retail operations. Spearhead the seamless execution of ICT requirements during new store openings, relocations, and retail technology deployments to ensure successful delivery. Oversee the administration of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft 365 services to maintain secure identity, access, and cloud resource management. Design, implement, and sustain Microsoft Power Platform solutions with the purpose of automating business processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Craft and sustain SQL queries, reports, and database solutions designed to enhance business operations, reporting capabilities, and system integrations. Lead and spearhead ICT projects, encompassing ERP implementations, system upgrades, enhancements, and digital transformation efforts. Oversee ICT budget management, vendor relationships, and third-party service provider engagements to guarantee project and service delivery aligns with agreed scope, budgetary constraints, and established service level agreements. Ensure that all business systems adhere to ICT governance frameworks, cybersecurity protocols, business continuity mandates, and applicable regulatory requirements. Deliver technical leadership, guidance, and assistance to ICT team members while fostering robust partnerships with business stakeholders to implement technology solutions that align with organizational goals. Must have skills Required experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is mandatory. Skilled in crafting SQL scripts and administering Microsoft SQL Server databases. Proficient understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure and its integration services is essential. Project management skills. An understanding of Sage Evolution is considered a beneficial qualification. Power Apps & Power Automate: Design and implement custom applications, along with automating workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Proficiency in Sage Evolution and Sage VIP will be considered a valuable asset. Qualifications Earned a bachelor’s degree and possess a minimum of five years of professional experience within the IT sector. Professional certifications such as Compton IT Fundamentals+, Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate, and Azure Data Engineer Associate are considered advantageous. ZAQA certified qualifications
