Tax Mgt Supervisor-Rwanda-KigaliJD1. Responsible for the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings for all tax types, ensuring all tax reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with the Rwandan Revenue Authority (RRA) requirements; 2. Manage the e-invoice system and tax invoice issuance process, ensuring invoice compliance and completeness, aligning with RRA e-invoicing requirements, and handling invoice anomalies; 3. Complete monthly financial statements for all companies on time, and handle annual tax audits, financial statement audits, and other tax-related work; 4. Handle tax arrangements related to import transactions, withholding tax, transfer pricing documentation preparation, and related-party transactions; 5. Identify and assess tax risks and respond to tax audits and inspections; 6. Continuously monitor changes in Rwandan tax policies and adjust the company’s tax strategy accordingly; 7. Regularly train the finance team on basic tax knowledge.requirement1. Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or related field, approximately 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years of full-time tax work experience; 2. Proficient in Rwandan tax law, familiar with VAT, income tax, withholding tax, transfer pricing, and customs regulations; 3. Proficient in tax filing systems and e-invoice systems; 4. Able to use English as a working language; 5. Prior experience working in the tax department of a tax firm or one of the Big Four accounting firms is preferred; 6. Able to communicate effectively with tax authorities, external consultants, and internal cross-departmental staff; possesses excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills; demonstrates high professional ethics and strictly adheres to tax compliance standards.
