Core Duties and Responsibilities Machine Operation Operate rotary and linear filling machines to ensure uninterrupted production of Shaker and Mahé. Quality Inspections Conduct thorough volume measurements, fill-weight verifications, and seal-integrity assessments to identify any containers that are underbilled, overfilled, or leaking. Sanitation & CIP Perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) protocols to sterilize lines, valves, and fillers, ensuring the prevention of batch contamination. Line Changeovers During flavor transitions, fluid modifications, or container-size adjustments, promptly replace machine components and recalibrate systems to maintain optimal performance. Supply Monitoring Responsibilities include loading bulk components such as caps, lids, crowns, and preforms into automated feeding systems. Data Recording Track liquid consumption, container quantities, and waste documentation, as well as monitor machine performance. Key Skills and Qualifications Hygiene Knowledge Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations. Technical Aptitude Proficient in diagnosing and resolving minor electronic or mechanical malfunctions on Filler, copper, sleeving, Retort, and Shrink wrap machinery. Education and Experience Requirements Education : Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Experience A minimum of three to four years of hands-on experience in a food or beverage packaging setting is strongly preferred.
