Responsabilités
Core Duties and Responsibilities Machine Operation Operate rotary and linear filling machines to ensure uninterrupted production of Shaker and Mahé. Quality Inspections Conduct volume, fill-weight, and seal-integrity inspections to identify any underbilled, overfilled, or leaking containers. Sanitation & CIP Perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) operations to sterilize lines, valves, and fillers, thereby ensuring the prevention of batch contamination. Line Changeovers During flavor transitions, fluid adjustments, or container size modifications, promptly replace machine components and recalibrate systems to maintain operational efficiency. Supply Monitoring Load bulk components, including caps, lids, crowns, and preforms, into automated feeding systems. Data Recording Monitor liquid consumption, container inventory, and waste documentation while assessing machine performance metrics. Key Skills and Qualifications Hygiene Knowledge Proficient knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations is essential. Technical Aptitude Proficient in diagnosing and resolving minor electronic or mechanical issues on Filler, copper, sleeving, Retort, and Shrink wrap machines. Education and Experience Requirements Education : Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Experience Professionals with three to four years of experience in a food or beverage packaging operational setting are strongly preferred for this role.
