Formation / DiplĂ´mes
We are expanding our pool of experts for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) assignments , with a strong focus on TVET infrastructure and implementation support under German Financial Cooperation and other international financial institutions. We are looking for experienced professionals for upcoming and ongoing projects across Sub-Saharan Africa and the MENA region. Typical areas of expertise: TVET policy, reform and implementation support TVET infrastructure planning, rehabilitation/construction supervision, and operations & maintenance Design and specification of training equipment, workshops and technical facilities Procurement and tender support in line with KfW Procurement Guidelines and other donor procedures Project management, implementation consulting and Team Leader functions Financial cooperation projects, contract administration, reporting and stakeholder coordination Capacity building for institutions, school governance and trainer development Labour market relevance, private sector cooperation and employability Monitoring, evaluation, safeguards, gender and social inclusion Experience with KfW, EIB/EBRD, ADB, World Bank and other IFIs/donors.
We are particularly interested in profiles with: Solid experience in KfW-funded projects and/or comparable IFI-financed assignments (World Bank, ADB, EBRD) Proven knowledge of procurement procedures, tender documentation, bid evaluation and contract management Strong experience in TVET infrastructure and implementation in financial cooperation contexts
Demonstrated leadership, coordination and communication skills, especially for Team Leader roles Relevant regional experience in Africa and/or MENA Excellent English and/or French; additional local languages are an asset.
