Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Security to lead and oversee all security operations across our fast food chain of more than 100 stores nationwide. This role is critical in safeguarding our people, assets, and brand reputation while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will design and implement robust security frameworks, manage risk, and provide leadership to security teams across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy aligned with business objectives. Establish policies, procedures, and standards for physical, operational, and digital security across all stores. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Operational Oversight Manage and coordinate security operations across 100+ store locations. Oversee CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and other security technologies. Ensure effective incident response protocols and crisis management procedures are in place. Team Management Recruit, train, and supervise regional and store-level security personnel. Provide ongoing professional development and performance management for security staff. Foster a culture of vigilance, accountability, and customer safety. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with local laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with law enforcement and regulatory bodies when necessary. Monitor and mitigate risks related to theft, fraud, vandalism, and workplace safety.
