Key Responsibilities Procure goods and services by sourcing competitive quotations in strict adherence to established company protocols and purchasing guidelines. Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with suppliers while securing advantageous pricing through effective negotiation tactics. Track inventory levels and maintain a steady availability of office and hospitality supplies to support seamless operations. Handle procurement records and process purchase orders efficiently. Arrange and oversee accommodation, transportation, meal services, and meeting logistics. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adequate supply levels in meeting rooms and hospitality areas. Verify incoming shipments to confirm they meet quality standards and match purchase orders precisely. Address any supplier or service-related issues with urgency and efficiency. Compile procurement reports and ensure meticulous maintenance of all documentation. Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership. Qualifications & Experience Candidates must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Supply, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or an equivalent discipline. Minimum of 2 years’ experience In roles involving procurement, administrative tasks, hospitality services, or related fields.
