micro1 is engaging Contract Specialists to contribute to a customer’s project focused on developing a suite of real-world commercial agreements. In this role, you’ll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. We are seeking commercial attorneys who can provide or create practical contractual documents for a seeding project. Contributors will be paid per document delivered and are expected to produce agreements such as MSAs, lease agreements, IP licensing, marketing agreements, and licensing agreements. Scope of Work
Communicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables as needed. Preferred Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
This role is document-driven and centers on the provision of eligible transaction materials. You will be directly responsible for sourcing and supplying the documents. No confidential, NDA-protected, proprietary, or MNPI content can be accepted.
