Une expérience en supervision de chantier ou en mise en œuvre de contrats est également demandée, ainsi qu'une maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel.

Seront considérés comme des atouts : l'expérience du FIDIC Red Book ou Yellow Book, celle des MDB Harmonised Conditions of Contract, ainsi qu'une expérience en prévention des litiges, en dispute boards, en soutien à l'arbitrage ou en évaluation de réclamations. Une expérience sur des projets financés par l'ADB, la Banque mondiale, l'EBRD, la JICA ou l'EDCF est également valorisée, de même qu'une expérience internationale hors du pays d'origine du candidat.
