VVOB – education for development recherche un stagiaire en tant que Finance Officer Intern pour soutenir son bureau pays basé à Lusaka, contribuant à la mission de cette organisation internationale à but non lucratif visant à améliorer les systèmes éducatifs en Afrique, en Asie et en Amérique du Sud. Dans ce rôle, le stagiaire en finance travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe financière et les autres départements du bureau pays, assurant une coordination et un alignement fluides des processus financiers et opérationnels.

Fournir une assistance comptable et administrative complète, incluant le reporting financier et une tenue de livres méticuleuse. Assurer le décaissement rapide des paiements aux partenaires et fournisseurs tout en maintenant une surveillance vigilante de la trésorerie des comptes locaux. Superviser la planification financière, gérer les processus d'approvisionnement et tenir des registres précis des contrats et des actifs d'inventaire. Promouvoir les améliorations continues, favoriser le développement professionnel et encourager l'apprentissage collaboratif au sein des opérations financières.
Qualifications et expérience souhaitées
Un diplôme de licence en comptabilité, finance, gestion d'entreprise ou une discipline connexe – ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente – est requis. Une expertise avérée en gestion financière, avec un accent particulier sur la comptabilité et l'approvisionnement, est requise. Maîtrise de l'utilisation des applications MS Office et des systèmes ERP, ou d'autres logiciels financiers, avec un haut niveau d'expertise. Maîtrise de l'anglais avec aisance requise, en fonction des exigences géographiques et opérationnelles spécifiques du poste.

Desired Qualifications and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business management, or a related discipline—or commensurate professional experience—is required. Accomplished financial management expertise, with a particular focus on accounting and procurement, is required. Proficient in utilizing MS Office applications and ERP systems, or other financial software, with a high level of expertise. Proficient in English with fluency required, contingent upon the specific geographical and operational demands of the role.
