The following role is available: Position: Maintenance Clerk Location: Regional Offices (South and East) Grade: HC 12 Reporting Line: Maintenance Supervisor / Regional Manager Key Responsibilities: Compile and process reports from tenants, initiating job cards for assigned tradesmen; reconcile job cards and requisition materials for unit operations; process material requisitions submitted by tradesmen following their assessments; prepare monthly timesheets and overtime documentation for temporary staff; conduct physical inspections of completed tradesmen work prior to approval or payment; draft and type maintenance-related documents; maintain accurate filing systems for section records; and generate and submit periodic reports as required. Minimum Academic & Professional Qualifications: Possession of an MSCE certificate along with a City and Guilds Grade 1 Certificate, or alternatively, a certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or another relevant discipline. Required Work Experience: A minimum of two (2) years in a related professional capacity. Key Competencies & Skills: In-depth understanding of maintenance operations; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; clear and persuasive communication skills; effective decision-making; and the capacity to work collaboratively or independently as needed.
